"Shady Price Changes"
I bought something from this website at a certain price, but my order got canceled because they claimed it was out of stock. Strangely enough, the very next day, the same product popped up again, only now it cost way more. They wouldn’t let me have it for the original price, but apparently I could pay the new, jacked-up price since it was magically back in stock. Feels like a total rip-off!

"Most disappointing online buy so far"
Our business bought a printer from Fleet Network, but the listing didn’t mention that it was missing all the basic parts needed to power it up—no battery, charger, or cables included. When the Zebra printer showed up, it was just in a shipping box with the original packaging inside, but the box wasn’t sealed in any way—no tape, no glue, nothing. Fleet Network wouldn’t accept a return, claiming the box had already been opened. We needed the printer right away, but since it was missing key parts, we had to order another one from a different seller who actually included everything. After a week of back-and-forth with Fleet Network over email and phone, they still refused to take it back, so now we’re stuck with an $850 printer we can’t use. We won’t be shopping with them again or telling anyone else to. It’s a shame, because we chose them for being a Canadian company, but their policies have made sure we won’t be coming back.

"Most Frustrating Online Purchase Ever"
Our business bought a printing machine from Fleet Network. The online listing didn’t mention that the printer came without essential parts to even power it up, like the battery, cables, and charger. When the Zebra printer showed up, it was just in a shipping box with the factory packaging inside. The box was unsealed—no tape, staples, or anything to keep it closed. They wouldn’t accept a return, claiming it had been opened. We needed the printer right away, but since it was missing parts, we had to order from another site that provided everything needed to operate it. After a week of back-and-forth with Fleet Network via email and phone, they turned down all return requests, leaving us with an $850 incomplete mobile printer. We won’t ever use or suggest this company again. It’s a real shame because we chose them initially for being Canadian, but their policies have put an end to any future business.

"Peddling Obsolete Equipment"
Bought a kitchen printer not long ago, and when it showed up, turns out it just has a phone port—so unless you’re stuck in the dial-up era, it’s no good. Tried to send it back, but they told me all sales are final and insisted the thing 'works.' Basically, they’re offloading junk that’s totally unusable. Had to call in a tech to confirm it was pointless. No refund offered, just a suggestion to buy another piece from them. Customer service is terrible. Feels like a total rip-off.

"Outdated Products Being Sold"
We bought a kitchen printer recently, and when it showed up, we found out it only had a phone jack, meaning it can only be used for dial-up. I reached out to them for a return, but they insisted that all sales are final and that the product 'works.' They sold us something that's totally useless, and I had to bring in a service tech to figure that out. No refund offered, just a suggestion that they might sell us the other part. Terrible customer service. What a rip-off!

"Avoid This Seller—Total Ripoff"
I bought a pair of Yealink phones, spent more than $900 using my Amex, and then waited two weeks with zero updates or shipping info. Tried calling their customer service, sat on hold for an hour, but nobody picked up. Now I gotta reach out to Amex to dispute the charge. Seriously, steer clear of this place!

I bought some cables and terminals off their site, but all I got was a confirmation email—nothing else ever showed up. No updates, no package, nothing. I even spent over an hour on hold just to talk to someone who claimed my order was sent, but couldn’t give me a tracking number. After waiting a month with zero communication, I went ahead and got my credit card company to reverse the charge and get my cash back. "AVOID THIS PLACE - It's a scam!"
I really wish I had checked out the reviews before I made my purchase. About a month back, I ordered something that was shown as available. It never got shipped, and I didn’t get any responses to my emails inquiring about my order's status. Plus, even though their site shows logos of credit card companies, you can’t actually pay with a credit card at checkout—only PayPal is an option. Makes you wonder, right? Previous customers mentioned using credit cards, so I can only guess they got banned by the card companies for taking folks' money without delivering. I have a feeling a PayPal ban is on the horizon, but for now, don’t get caught in the same trap that has already snagged so many unsuspecting buyers!

"Total Ripoff - Avoid This Site"
Really wish I'd checked out what others had to say before making a purchase here. About a month back, I ordered something that was supposedly available, but it never got sent out. Tried reaching out to them multiple times via email, but got zero response. Another sketchy thing: even though their site flashes credit card logos, you’re stuck with PayPal as the only payment option at checkout. Makes you wonder, right? From what I’ve read, folks used to be able to pay with cards, so maybe the card companies cut them off for not delivering orders. Wouldn’t be surprised if PayPal follows suit soon. Bottom line: don’t get caught up in the same mess as so many others!
